Hatch has expertise of acting either as Employer's agent or innovative architect' on design and build projects and of working as part of a team of consultants on Partnering projects. To ensure that the finished product is always attractive to the eye and the finishes as suitable as possible for the user, we have our own in-house interior design consultant to advice at the appropriate stage of the project.

Hatch provides the client a set of Construction drawings which includes:

• Final design of all schemes and decorative treatment
• Design drawings needed for custom furniture and any interior architectural details.
• Set of specification of all approved selection.
